Forum participants were drawn from a number of countries demonstrating commitment towards long-term and systematic youth engagement in education policy and practice. Participants included youth representatives, ministries of education and training, ministries of youth, senior policy-makers, educational planners, international and national NGOs, researchers, development partners and funders who are committed to the concept of youth engagement in education policies and practices.

Virtual participation to follow and interact with the event through live streaming and interactive tools was also available throughout the event
